MONDAY 6 JULY: PROCESS ARCHITECTURE FORUM 6:30pm
This month at Process we offer a survival guide for young practices and sole practitioners in the midst of the Global Financial Crisis. The current economic state has thrown a curve ball to architectural offices everywhere. With practices only operating four-day-weeks, taking on jobs outside of their typical scope of works, incessantly entering competitions and forging industry partnerships, it's time to get creative. FMD Architects, Threefold and Nest Architects will give us their insider tips on how to stay afloat.

THURSDAY 9 JULY: ORDINARY LOVE SCREENING 7:30pm
RMIT Master Student Jordan Marquez presents his short film, "Ordinary Love", a homage to the classic and traditional style of storytelling in the form of silent comedies. "Ordinary Love" narrates the journey of a normal man with a quirky personality who falls for a normal woman, turning his whole life into an extraordinary lighthearted and dark turn. The film stars Francesco Minniti and Marie-Therese Bjornerud, with beautiful music provided by Jen Alyce and written and directed by Jordan Marquez.
THURSDAY 9 JULY: SAMARI 9pm
Samari, usually known for his exploits behind the wheels of steel (and plastique) at the Electroluxxe parties will be exposing listeners to his more reflective and contemplative musique, usually only privvy to the ears of those in his boudoir. Influenced by the late 90's trip hop era of Massive attack and Tricky, Samari experiments into soundscape, hip hop, and deep glitch beats.
Compiling, mixing and flipping leftfield beats, Samari will be exposing you to... A Journey through sound...No Cover.
